Ramadan Fashion

Happy Ramadan – wishing you all a very blessed month.

Ramadan is always such an exciting month, a time where families get together and friends meet often at different places for futur and suhur gatherings.

Having it around summer time is always hardest, the spirit isn’t the same as being in the Middle East and with London timings breaking fast at 9pm or after doesn’t help!

Now lets get into the Ramadan inspiration… I did a shoot last month for one of my favourite Dubai Boutiques ‘Sauce’– they always have the most unique collections in store and their Ramadan pieces are just the perfect modern dresses with an Arabian feel. I think it is very important to dress up in traditional wear for the month – helps keep in the spirit!

We had so much fun shooting the 8 looks. My favourite dresses were the first two florals.

I love the playfulness and girly style in the red and pink roses dress – the silk/organza-blend design with a bow belted waist creates a flattering silhouette.  It resulted in a lot of attention on my social media.

As for the navy blue dress, the luxurious feel of the fabric and flirty cut is so appealing – I couldn’t stop spinning around in the dress.

The white kaftans over all were very angelic, soft and feminine – I felt elegant in them.

I kept my make-up nude and simple – teamed up all dresses with nude platforms to attract focus only on the looks.
