Stepping into the wild world of Ong-Oaj Pairam where the British/Thai designer showcased his third season for the AW14 collection. It was interesting that his inspiration came from comic books Super Villains and his favourite anti-hero Ursula from Disney’s Little Mermaid (Spooky)..
It was a very much 50’s inspired collection with A-lines cinched in waist skirts and flowy dresses and a range of graphic prints and strong colours. The dark printed dresses were inspired by the darker works of American modernist artist Charlie Harper and these are strikingly paired with acid bright bomber jackets.
I attended the fashion show with the wonderful Fusion Management Team (Talent Agency) Susu and William
