2015 is officially the sneaker year!  The trend has taken over and is expanding into all styles and moving towards 2016!

Those of you who follow my daily snaps would know I am loving this trend.  After so many years of wearing ‘Giant Heels’ I ended up hurting my foot and developing a bunion that is now causing me pain from any type of heel or narrow shoes.

My love for heels is gradually disappearing – I started off fashion weeks over the years in ‘Giant Heels’ leading on to ‘Platforms’ then ‘5 inches to 4 inches heels’ and I thought Yes! I found my comfort zone until my feet can’t handle being in heels for any longer than an hour!! (crying face).   Covering fashion week means spending over 10 hours a day running around from one show to another in HEELS and it isn’t a good look when in pain!

So as you can imagine I am loving the sneaker trend and have started buying lots of playful ones that are certainly eye catching.  I found it difficult at first to style with my dressy pieces, always thinking it might look silly or ruin the look but in the end I got the hang of this new trend and have made it work really well.

Here are all my different looks in sneakers and I hope these can inspire you to finally put comfort first but wear it in style!

  1. You seriously own each look! I am not a fan of myself wearing sneakers, as I prefer to ‘dress-up’, so sneakers was never really an option for me to wear with my outfits… although I am definitely going to have to re-think that because you have clearly shown how sneakers really do go so well with more dressed-up outfits! I especially love the playful, kiss me, and multi-coloured scribble sneakers! XX

It’s so important to have comfortable and stylish shoes to run about in, you make wearing trainers look very fabulous!

I’m looking for a blogger to test out a new brand of shoes (Calla shoes) that I’m launching soon which are specially designed for bunions but totally stylish at the same time. Let me know if you’re interested xxx
